You have done the research and found the perfect Ford for you. When
you deal with Bowditch Ford, we do things a little differently; this is why you
have made us your Hampton Roads Ford
King. We do not want you to have any surprises when the time comes to close the
deal so we are giving you the answers to the most important questions you can
ask before getting behind the wheel of your new Ford from Bowditch.
Some of the fees you
will be paying are tax, title, licensing, and documentation fees.
Are there any
aftermarket parts or “add ons” on the vehicle?
That depends on the
vehicle that you want, we will be upfront and honest with you about any add ons
and will offer you a choice of aftermarket products to make sure that you are
getting the best the King has to offer and the vehicle that you WANT!
How many miles are on
the car?
This also depends on
the vehicle you are looking at, but we will make sure that you know everything
you can about the new or used car that you are interested in before we even
start any paperwork with you.

What certifications do your mechanics have?
All of our mechanics are Ford and ASE
certified. We hold ourselves to providing you the best quality workmanship that
you can get on any vehicle. That is part of the Genuine Ford service experience.
How much does a State inspection cost?
If you purchased your vehicle from us you get FREE
State inspections
for the life of your vehicle! That is just one more great reason to purchase a
new or used car from Bowditch Ford. For all vehicles not purchased from us the
cost is $16.
Can I choose new or used parts?
We only use Original Manufactures Equipment.
This means that you are always getting Genuine Ford Parts whenever you visit us
for service.
Can I get an itemized invoice and a detailed
explanation of the work done?
Every time you bring your vehicle to any of
our locations for service work you will get an itemized invoice and our all of
Service personnel are more than happy to explain every aspect of your repair to
you.
Will I get a courtesy vehicle?
We do not provide courtesy vehicles but we do
offer a courtesy shuttle service. We also have Enterprise Rent a Car onsite.
Our shuttles run from 7:30AM to 5:00PM. We can get you where you need to
be and back to pick up your vehicle during these hours. Our shuttles do run on
a first come first served basis so please plan accordingly. If you have any
questions about our shuttle service do not hesitate to give us a call. If you

What is the warranty on the work performed?
All of our work comes with a standard 12 month
or 12,000 mile warranty. If you have any questions about this ask your Service
Advisor. Other services performed may have additional warranties, such as
engine and transmission replacements, new tire purchases, and battery
replacements.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Checks.
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Discover.
We would like to introduce you to Dean Hollar
our new Service Manager. Dean comes to us with over 32
years of Ford experience. He is from the Harrisonburg , VA area.
He has four children, 3 boys, and 1 girl and has been married for
nine years. Dean has a degree in Automotive Marketing from Northwood University and enjoys
riding Harley’s and playing saxophone with his classic rock band.
